My introduction to Kentson was through a friend at work who recently bought a vehicle from Kentson. He was impressed by the immaculate cars, the great prices, the no pressure, friendly staff. That sounds almost too good to be true, but I decided to give them a look since we had been saving up for a Suburban. Wow, everything he said was true and more. I really like the online sight that you can see their current inventory of cars and you get pictures from all angles. One morning I noticed that they had updated vehicles listed and I saw just the car that my wife and I were interested in, so later that day my wife and I paid them a visit. Zack was great to show the various models on the lot and he had the Suburban we were interested in driven in from across town. By the time we had finished our first test drive, it was there waiting. We put some money down and a few days later finished the deal with Mark. I was very impressed by how quickly the paperwork went compared to previous experiences. Thanks Kentson, we'll definately refer them to our friends and come again when we need another vehicle. More

After having a not-so good experience with another dealership, we decided to take a look at a Suburban at Kentson Car Company. We had not heard of this company before, but saw an add on-line and thou dealership, we decided to take a look at a Suburban at Kentson Car Company. We found a Suburban that was newer and better priced than we expected. We found the entire staff to be friendly and helpful. Cache was great at helping answer our questions and taking care of our transaction. Our financing was quick and easy and the whole experience was so different from your normal used car purchase. There is no pressure to buy, and the whole focus is on customer satisfaction. We experienced excellent customer service both before and after the purchase! When we needed a new car a friend recommended Kentson after his great experience. Our first inquiries were thru email and Mark was very quick to reply with answers to all of our questions. He was able to find us a fantastic trade-in offer that was actually for more than we were going to try to sell it on our own. They have a great selection of vehicles that are all very feature rich and in great condition. When it finally came time to test drive the cars Cache was there to help and he was AMAZING. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was friendly and laid back with us. At no point did we ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. After we decided on our vehicle they made the paper work a breeze, taking care of everything and got us a great rate. The final paperwork process was super fast, in and out in less than 30 minutes thanks to Cache's great organization of everything. This dealership is changing what it means to be in the used car business. Their website has all of their inventory, lots of pictures, and clear up-front pricing. No games are played here. Kentson has a surprisingly large inventory of late model SUV's, crossovers and other similar vehicles. Most everything I looked at could pass for new. Beyond the selected vehicle, the sales process was respectful. A fair price, reasonable fees, and no unnecessary packages, warranties or sales pressure. All in all, a very pleasant experience! I will certainly refer friends and family members to both Bronson and Mark. More
