This is the second vehicle I purchased from Kentson in the last 6 months. I rode up on Frontrunner so I could drive the vehicle home and they picked me up at the station. Cache at Kentson was fantastic! I had been looking for a while for an exact vehicle and found it online. I began the process of looking for a new car for my wife as a surprise for Christmas several weeks ago. However, I dreaded the thought of having to step foot on a car dealership and having to deal with a " as a surprise for Christmas several weeks ago. However, I dreaded the thought of having to step foot on a car dealership and having to deal with a "car salesman". I spent most of my time looking online so as to avoid having to step foot on a car lot. As I looked online I came across Kentson Car Company, looked at all of their vehicles, and read all of their reviews. All of the reviews are accurate and give a very accurate description of how knowledgeable the employees are, their friendliness/laid back approach to helping you out, no pressure to buy a car, and bend-over-backwards-type attitude to make you a happy customer. My first interaction was with Bronson over the phone. He was straightforward with what their company does and was very helpful in getting me the best deal on my trade-in. I was then referred to Paden since he dealt with the GMC Acadias that I had narrowed my choices to. Paden was a wonderful asset to help me find the right Acadia with the list of "must-haves" for my wife. (sunroof, tow-hitch, power liftgate, etc.) Paden was very accomodating throughout the entire process, even down to moving his schedule around to help me finalize the paperwork. It was a very quick process and I was very impressed with their building (very modern) and their use of technology. I ended up surprising my wife with her early Christmas present.
