After days of research, calls, dealerships and test drives, we happened on to Kentson on the Internet. They were amazing! The young men were no pressure, friendly, considerate salesmen. We literally went in, drove the Ford F-150 ecoboost for all of 2 minutes and the deal was closed within 15. We live 40 miles away but they are even sending someone to our area to remove a few little scratches from the dash board so we don't have to make the trip back up. They were SEVERAL thousand less on the same model vehicle than ALL other dealerships in town and had a better selection. The team was amazing to work with, and despite the fact that I just walked in without an appointment they all dropped what they were doing to help us with our purchase. They made the financing quick and easy. The atmosphere was inviting and I never felt like I was being haggled for a deal. I felt the staff was all being honest and willing to help me get what I wanted. Their focus was on the customer experience and not the sale. We have been over-joyed with our vehicle and walked away feeling like we got our dream car and the best price we could have.
