I had already worked a "big auto dealer" on price and just wanted the evening to think about it. I found Kenston online with even better pricing on the same vehicle, but I knew that the big de price and just wanted the evening to think about it. I called Kenston that morning telling them that I already had worked a deal, but liked their pricing. I also told them I wanted to do the deal on the phone because I didn't want to drive two hours for nothing. Bronson was straight up with me and matched my trade in for me and gave me the low internet price. Kenston now has a customer for life and not just because of price. When you get up there nobody works on commission so everyone is helping you out. They work as one well functioning team. Great job!!!! More
