I was looking for a used Chevrolet Suburban or Tahoe. I found Kentson Car Company on ksl.com and autotrader. I was very impressed with their prices. It was very nice to be able to look around at all the vehicles without pushy salesmen. My husband and I decided to purchase a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe. I would definitely buy from Kentson Car Company again in the future. My only complaint was that it took several hours of waiting at the dealership before we could sign our paperwork and get home. I believe the waiting was due more to the credit union than the dealership though. I would definitely recommend Kentson Car Company to my friends and family. More

While shopping for a suburban online we came across Kentson car company and we are glad we did. We have been to other physical locations and had bad experiences and online seemed to be the way to shop Kentson car company and we are glad we did. We found a car we were interested in and called to inquire about it on the phone. We felt the salesman were informative but not pushy, like car salesman usually are. We visited with them on the phone a few times and then made the long drive to purchase our vehicle. The price was very competitive and the environment was great. We have been putting off buying a large vehicle because I didn’t want to drive one, but a larger vehicle became a necessity if we ever wanted to go anywhere as a family. We looked at our options and felt the most practical vehicle for our family with seven children was a Suburban. Our neighbor recently bought a Suburban and I asked him about his experience. He told me about haggling with the salesman at the local dealership and then settling for the vehicle the dealership had. I groaned at the looming reality I was facing and he suggested looking at ksl.com. The next day I drove through a couple of the dealership lots in town and the salesmen ran out to my car as soon as I entered the lots. *groan* I decided I would look online and I searched ksl.com. Kenston Car Company had several Suburbans advertised and we decided to go there later in the week when we went drove from our home in Idaho to Utah for some other business. We were surprised with what we found. The facility was clean, sharp, and sophisticated and the people were as well. There were no salesmen. They have quality products and good prices and they know it. They aren’t worried about making the sale because they are going to. There is no pressure. If they have what you want, then buy it; if you don’t buy it the next guy will. I tend to be one who likes to see what all my options are before I make a decision so I looked at several of the Suburbans. They had so many that I know I didn’t look at all of them but I looked at several and then decided to drive one. It drove great and I felt no matter which one I chose it was going to be a good decision. There was so little variation between the Suburbans; they were all clean, nice, and in great condition. I could have pulled keys out of a hat and been pleased. In the future I will not hesitate to purchase from Kenston Car Company sight unseen. Actually, we didn’t even drive the one we bought until today, when we drove it home. Some challenges arose that delayed our purchase about ten days from our original visit with Bronson and Cache at the Kenston Car Company. They were helpful and patient as we worked through our challenges. Today, when we finally picked up the car, Cache set up the kids with a DVD and some wireless head sets and then he walked me through some of the car’s features, set up the Bluetooth wireless, and made sure I was good before we started our trip back to Idaho. When we first met Cache he said “We aren’t a typical car dealership.” Thank you! Need I say more? More
