I just want to start off by saying, I’ve purchased many vehicles in my time and Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is by far my best experience. I researched for several months to locate a 2022 Ram 1500 vehicles in my time and Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is by far my best experience. I researched for several months to locate a 2022 Ram 1500 with a Black Widow package. Residing in Naples, FL., I was in contact with several dealerships in my area and none would budge on negotiating/matching the price that I found at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of NC. I never thought I would of driven 12 hrs to purchase a vehicle but I did and would again. The price difference was approximately $7k less than one Florida dealership. I placed a deposit to hold the vehicle with Samantha Steptoe and started the paperwork process. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was introduced to Mary Badgett (sales associate). She was very much aware of my long journey and had the vehicle prepped for delivery and the paperwork ready for my review and approval. I must say, upon speaking with Mary, you can see how much she enjoys her position and how knowledgeable she is with the vehicles that are sold at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I found Mary to be polite and honest. Upon my approval of my traded vehicle price (which was at the top end of KBB'S value) I moved onto finance. I was introduced to Angela Adcock (finance manager) to review my finance options and available extended warranty coverage for my vehicle. Angela was very helpful and knowledgeable reviewing all of the available options in great detail. Like every other dealer I've experienced, never would I thought bringing my truck back to selling dealer I'd have same experience. On Friday May 12, 2023 I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie Sport in for thought bringing my truck back to selling dealer I'd have same experience. On Friday May 12, 2023 I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie Sport in for 100k service. Jennifer assisted me as my service advisor with a young man in training. I allowed them to take care any and every recommendation that was listed which cost me exactly $2,724.77 (LOF, Differential flushes, Coolant, Transmission, Filters, & Brakes). Long Story short, no appointment was made and upon my arrival I was told they are booked, but due to all the services I'm asking to be checked they just happen to find some time to not only squeeze me in but have my vehicle ready for pick up next day. Conversing with Jennifer and service department crew I stressed to her how much bad experience I have going to other dealers and being told go back to selling dealer. Now that I'm at selling dealer I'd hope to have a good relationship and understand my travels upon services. Jennifer assured upon swiping my card if I ever need service and going to be in the area just give her a heads up and she'll get me taken cared. Jennifer showed all the willingness and joy upon servicing me as she was cashing me out. Since leaving the dealership Jennifer has reached out to me numerous of times assuring my service was great and continue to remind me a survey was going to be coming to my email. Wednesday June 14 I sent a heads up text to Jennifer my travels will be local and I'm due for oil change. I got a reply back 9:27am the next day June 15 "Unfortunately we are completely booked until tomorrow" Myself being a owners operator I decided to cancel my cancel my next trip and wait for the following day for service. I followed up with Jennifer informing I'd be staying to recieve service the following day. Not receiving a reply I reached back out to Jennifer for confirmation since my trip is now canceled. 11:12am I received a response: "We do not have any availability until Tuesday for any type of Service" and in my reply "Every dealership is the exact same.. I never made appointment for last service but due to me having so much getting done time is always found for big services, when I return for lof after big services no dealers can find time it's quite disturbing and makes me not want to come back to service. I'd respect if you found the time and gave me same service as if I was spending the 3500 I spend my last service. But since it's no profits in this job its not a priority to squeeze me in like I was squeezed in last non appointment visit. Note I will not return for service and I will be leaving a review of my opinion as you been asking me to complete survey. More

Absolute disaster. Worst dealership experience ever. I found a power wagon at Kernersville that had all the options I wanted. I proceeded to fill out a form on the Worst dealership experience ever. I proceeded to fill out a form on the Kernersville website and was contacted by Amparo in internet sales, who took a $500 deposit and said it was to hold the power wagon but applicable to any vehicle at the dealership if I changed my mind. Amparo was timely with responses and easily earned my trust. Amparo ran credit, gave me final numbers, and everything looked like a go. I told Amparo that I may look at an upgraded model from the power wagon, like an upfitted truck or a Limited. Amparo texted that she would have the dealership hold on detailing out the power wagon until I make a decision. I was a little confused about the delivery policy Amparo cited versus the web site so I decided to drive my trade to Kernersville, which is about 14 hours from New Orleans and drive the power wagon back. I drove straight through and arrived around noon on Saturday. I was greeted and informed that Lee Smith would be my salesperson as Amparo was off. I said OK, no problem. Lee Smith commented that Amparo doesn't do any sales anyway and only sets appointments for the sales staff. Still OK, no problem. I'm here to buy a truck. I want to note here that still, I was under the impression that I was an Internet Sale, having booked through the website and being handled by an Internet rep (Amparo). I'm still confused as to whether I was kicked over to retail sales rather than internet sales as this point will become important later. I should have seen the red flags and left sooner. There was an older couple standing within arms reach asking about vehicle trim details. Lee Smith asked me to hang out a minute while he "got rid" of the couple because they "weren't buying anything anyway." That could have been my family he's "getting rid" of, he doesn't know who I am or who I'm related to. Around this time the next indignity came Lee Smith handed me the keys, pointed out to the lot and said go find the power wagon, it's in "what we call the diesel row." In 35 years of car buying I've never had a salesperson tell me to go find a vehicle in a dealership I've never visited before in my life. I don't know what a diesel row is. Lee Smith mentioned that they have three lots and from the website I recall there being several hundred vehicles in inventory. Anyway I took the keys and went hunting for the power wagon. I found the power wagon after some time, clicking on the remote to make the truck alarm chirp and echo-locating it like a bat. The power wagon was everything I expected, with the exception of the paint. The fire red on the website didn't resemble the fire red in person. The red had kind of a salmon or fuchsia tone in it. I tried to make peace with the color but in the end I could not have this in my driveway. I went back to the office, found Lee Smith, and said we need to look at other trucks. Lee Smith showed me a silver billet 2500 Limited that was like a dream come true. The problem was that it was around $99K instead of the $65K for the power wagon. That's a big jump. While Lee was running the payment numbers I looked up the truck on the website so I could see the window sticker and I was shocked. The website has the truck "Internet Price" of about $92K while the MSRP is $99K. That's $7,000 difference or almost 10% discount. Real money. I was confused and angry. I should have left then. I repeated the cost to Lee Smith a few times during the conversation. "So this is $99k, right? He kept saying yes. Remember I'm an Internet Customer, serviced by an Internet Sales Rep. The conversation starts at the Internet Price of $92k. I felt like we were both getting frustrated and I wasn't about to rudely argue in public so long story short I took my kid and left for the 14 hour drive back to New Orleans. Kernersville CDJR lost my trust period. More
