Giving my situation time to work itself out I can say that the situation has been taken care of thanks to Vanessa. Due to me I didn’t give time to the dealership to get things in place. These people sold me a lemon while concealing an engine issue from me. I can't believe they could deceive consumers to this level. I had major oil leaking, and Reid/Reed even told me to drive it 70+ miles issue from me. I can't believe they could deceive consumers to this level. I had major oil leaking, and Reid/Reed even told me to drive it 70+ miles back to the dealership, even though it's a major safety/fire hazard. When I met with them in person, the service log showed that they just worked on the same issue I am having now. I did not know about this, and now I'm in an awful position after owning this car for less than 2 weeks! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The manager, April Clay, will not step away from her computer to speak with you. You can literally see her work area while sitting in the showroom, but she will ignore you! She sent out some ditzy used car manager who brazenly told me, "Well, I'm not a mechanic" after explaining this devastating situation. I've never experienced this level of callousness. If you're wrong, you're wrong. Do the right thing and respect your buyers. Unless you have money to waste, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER REAL GOOD. More

I had postponed and procrastinated about purchasing a new truck because of previous experiences dealing with car salesmen at other dealerships. This experience was a pleasant surprise! It started with communication with internet sales person Carmen Lopez. She was quick to reply and answer my questions and provide me with the out the door price on the trucks I was interested in. In order to make the best purchase decision for me I decided to visit the dealership and test drive my 2 top choices. Carmen referred me to salesman Doug Badgett and had set up an appointment for me to meet in person at my convenience. Doug Badgett was expecting me and had the two trucks up front and ready upon my arrival. Doug was warm and friendly. Not pushy at all. A real pleasure to deal with! Doug was able to answer my questions and provide me with the information I needed to make a purchase decision. I decided which truck I wanted to buy and we went inside and sat down to confirm the purchase with a deposit. The entire office visit lasted 15 minutes! They delivered the truck to my home 2 days latter! The delivery driver Jerry was also very pleasant and brought all the paperwork to complete the purchase! I Took the truck for a test drive and inspected it to confirm all was well. I then presented Jerry with cashiers check for my new truck. Jerry was also able to answer some questions I had regarding operation of the truck. All in all this was a true 5 star experience! I would have no reservations in recommending this dealership! It is no wonder why this is the largest Ram dealer in the S.E. USA! Thank you Carmen, Doug and Jerry! More
Great deals, free shipping within 250 miles and absolutely no ridiculously priced add-ons to inflate the price that you see on the website. If you’ve bought any CDJR products before you know that t absolutely no ridiculously priced add-ons to inflate the price that you see on the website. If you’ve bought any CDJR products before you know that this is practically unheard of. If and when I need another truck, it will be from these guys. Thanks. More
Technically bought two cars in a row from them. They clawed one back because of "transmission problems" after I'd already bought it! The second was a lemon... with transmission problems. My previou They clawed one back because of "transmission problems" after I'd already bought it! The second was a lemon... with transmission problems. My previous car before this had been totaled by a teenager who t-boned me. This dealership knew this, and after their shady behavior, I feel completely taken advantage of and lied to. Read on for the full story. (And why I'm now taking out a $4000 personal loan to repair a bad transmission two months after buying a car from this dealership... On top of my car payment.) TL;DR: Buyer beware, get your used cars elsewhere. Also, their "customer resolution number" is just voicemail that no one ever answers. They reply to all the bad reviews with a voicemail number that does nothing for anyone... Originally I bought a Subaru Outback at an amazing price, only to have them call me back and tell me they'd finished all their inspections and it had a bad transmission and they couldn't sell it to me. What an honest place, right? I was impressed by this, so I come back in and they put me in a Subaru Forester for nearly twice the price and tell me it's passed all its inspections and is good. Two months later... I'm on the side of the road with a BAD TRANSMISSION. The Subaru Dealership says there's no way this place inspected the transmission and didn't know it was bad (that wasn't the only busted part, either! It gets worse!). So, Kernersville Chrysler Dodge "inspected" it and sent me out the door with a Forester with a bad transmission. After refusing to let me out the door with a much cheaper Outback with a bad transmission. If they'd have just sold me the original Outback I'd already purchased, I would have been able to replace the transmission in it and come out spending FAR less money than I did in their scam of bringing me back in just to send me back out in a more expensive car. I had previously been recommending this place, but now I'm telling everyone to stay away. What was the point of refusing to sell me a much cheaper car with a supposed bad transmission, only to send me out the door with a more expensive car with a bad transmission, if only for this place to profit more money? Did they realize they'd underpriced the Outback and need to claw it back from me, and any excuse would do? Did they not inspect the Forester at all? I'll never know at this point. All I know is that it was all deeply dishonest, scummy, and a scam. I am fortunate enough to take out a personal loan and finance SOME of these repairs (not all), but not all could take this financial hit. It will be months before I can fix the axles, the spark plugs, and any other surprises we find. Right now the car is sitting idle while I fund the transmission repair (but let's be honest, two months after buying a car, I shouldn't be taking out a $4000 loan to repair a bad transmission, on top of my car payment!). To top it off, the Forester I bought has worn down and leaking front axles on both sides, yet somehow it passed Kernersville Chrysler Dodge's inspection with flying colors. Along with spark plugs that haven't been changed in... maybe ever. That's another $500. That inspection was REALLY thorough. (That's sarcasm, if you can't tell.) The Subaru Dealership straight up tells me there's literally no way anyone inspected this car in the last 8 months and didn't notice the LEAKING from long-term wear and tear. Either they literally don't inspect their vehicles like they say they do, or they're content to let some people drive off with horrible problems. I had a terrible feeling after they clawed back the Outback I originally bought, but I ignored that gut feeling and now I'm paying thousands for it. I literally offered to keep the Outback and buy my own transmission and they refused. I should have stuck to my guns and made them give me the keys, since they already had my money, and all paperwork and contracts had already been signed. I would have paid SO MUCH LESS in More
