They were ok. First off, my purchase was basically an online purchase. I had originally visited the dealership to look at the vehicle and didn't purchase it then b First off, my purchase was basically an online purchase. I was treated well while I was there and did not feel pressured. I decided to make the purchase a few weeks later and emailed the salesperson I had met with on the visit. Kenny was helpful. I also dealt with Nate who was helpful. The price was good and what's great is they will deliver a vehicle for you for no extra charge within a certain distance and that was perfect for me since I was from another state. The vehicle was delivered quickly and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Why did I only give 3 stars if everything seemed to be going okay? If you're buying a vehicle from this dealership that's only been on the lot for a few days to a few weeks then you'll probably get a nice clean vehicle. If the car has sat on the lot for some time though then it's going to be neglected. My car was delivered with the exterior in poor shape. They had obviously rinsed it off but that was about the extent of it. Since it was raining at time of delivery, I couldn't tell just how bad it was until a few days later when I was able to wash it myself. I found several dents that weren't visible until the car was cleaned. There was months worth of grime underneath the hood, trunk, in the door jams and beneath the spoiler. I've washed the car twice now and I'm still finding gunk. The paint is swirled badly from the few times I guess it was washed by hand and in dire need of a polish. This car was a new car that had sat on their lot for about 2 years that they hadn't managed to sell. I understand that with so many vehicles on the lot it's hard to keep them all showroom clean, but this seemed a bit excessive. The dealership wasn't bad to work with and I do appreciate the deal I was given and the fact that they delivered my car to me. Perhaps they told someone to get the car ready for delivery and that person just did a really poor job. Maybe they have some people that are suppose to go around making sure the cars are kept clean and instead they are just lounging around. I don't know. I would buy from this dealership again, but maybe I'd have to drive up and make sure everything was right before I took it off the lot. More

We printed out the ad for it and we took it with us. We took all necessary papers with us. In less than 2 hours, we were riding out in our new Ram 1500. JR Norman and Kathryn Clark did a great job. Today, she called to find out if there were any questions we had. I had one, which she found the answer to and got back to me quickly with it. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
