After owning the car for about 3 months now and some serious headache with the title transfer (which was not Kero's fault), Kero let us exchange the 335i back in for any car in the lot! Please note that I had drove about 3500 miles in this car, changed the front grills and they were still willing to take it back for just $500 in exchange. We ended up with a 07 328i convertible for 28k. Kero let us walk out the door with us paying for the difference on the next business day, no questions asked. Trade in a car after 3 months? You would not see this level of service at any other dealership. I am very happy with what I got from Kero and will be back again. Old Post: I bought a used 2007 335i with CPO about 2 weeks ago for 24k and at the time was told some false information about the car. The ad online says that the car comes with premium package and when we went there, Slavic also showed us a Kelley Blue Book value with premium package. The ad also specifically says that the car includes dakota leather. Therefore, I bought the car believing that it comes with leather seats, folding side mirrors, bluetooth headseat, garage opener etc but instead came with nothing but leatherette. Since Kero is supposed to specialized in BMW sales, they should've known that the car did NOT have a premium package. Either they are being ignorant or flat out lied to me. While I walked out a happy customer that day, now I am very disappointed in dishonesty of the sale and the poor business conduct. More

They're a volume shop, so the prices are about as low as they can get. They even showed us the receipt from the auto auction. Don't expect to negotiate a lot off the price. I didn't expect to trade in my car, but the price was fair and they made it easy, so we did it. I was impressed. Will go there again. Wish more businesses operated like these guys! More

I had a wonderful car buyng experience at Kero's. Eddie was honest, up front and respectful of my situation to trade in a vehicle in order to purchase the Z4 and we came to a fair agreement without fanfare or wasted time. I spent the day there while minor cosmetic defects were repaired and corrected on the Z4 as agreed upon at the time of purchase. I got to know the rest of the staff there, George,( Eddie's brother)and Slavic, salesman, and found them all to be courteous, friendly, respectful and cognizant of the customer's needs as I listened and observed the interactions between all the telephone calls and prospective buyer visits. During the day, I watched several repeat customers come to see Eddie for another vehicle and interact with each other like close friends and or family. The cosmetic defects were repaired to like new condition on my Z4 and I am very satidsfied with the vehicle. I wish I had discovered Kero's sooner ! I recently purchased an '04 WRX STI from Keros and I couldn't be happier! The car is amazing and in practically brand new condition (they definitely underpriced it lol)!! There was a no pressure atmosphere from the get go, just a feeling of 'find it, drive it, love it' (granted I had already done my homework and new exactly what I wanted)! I will definitely recommend Keros to anyone who wants a satisfying car purchase experience. They sell quality at cost and genuinely seem to care for their clients to the extent that while I was signing my loan one of the other salesmen (I didn't get his name) helped fix my mothers remote for her cars keyless entry! I'm not one who fills out these online ratings, and I havent even purchased a car yet, but I just want others out, there who are sick and tired of the 'used car salesman' routine and pressure, that you will be pleasantly surprised at the employees at Keros. They treat you and your whole family with respect, courtesy and kindness. All of their cars are clean, and in excellent condition. I wanted to give Slovak a huge compliment - for being extremly patient while answering all of my wife's questions. If we decide on a BMW, we will definately purchase it from Keros. More

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE. I went in and talked about trading in my current car towards a new one. They said right off the back there are no negotiations in price as they are the lowest by far and are on trading in my current car towards a new one. Apparently I was working with the owner who was extremely condescending and tried to give me thousands less for my trade in, stating I would be lucky if I got anything for it. They do not take into consideration items like KBB or NADA or even looking online for car values they just 'assume' they know how much it is worth. I did not realize they had so much business they can be that arrogant especially in these economic times. Good for them I guess… More
