Bought the car new from Kerry a few years back. Grover was great. Hyundai however took 7 months to fix my car due to engine failure recall issue. Tried to get a loaner multiple times but no luck. Ended up buying a new Toyota in the meantime - had no choice. Cost me a tow to the dealership as well - no refund. Asked for a transmission change as a courtesy and was decline. I was told I would receive a call to schedule service on my car. That never happened, I waited because I was told I should hear back within the hour. That also never happened. I had my car for a month and c my car. That never happened, I waited because I was told I should hear back within the hour. That also never happened. I had my car for a month and came back a month later to get my car serviced. I had to walk up to the sales building to get a copy of my warranty contract and then walk it back down to the service building which was aggravating! There was no record of my warranty information in their system, this was a lot of extra headache than it needed to be. More
