I am very disappointed with the experience I had this time with the service. I am not sure I can trust them with my vehicle. If not for my experience in electronics I would not have caught their error. I time with the service. I am not sure I can trust them with my vehicle. I don't mind paying for honest services rendered but have to have trust in those I pay. Wish I could tell who's to blame if it were just the technician I would be more comfortable with trusting the dealership. I got results by escalating my complaint myself. I asked the ladies in that handle collecting for your bill to contact the next level of management which they did promptly and got the problem resolved. I still have a trust issue with the technician and the service manager that seemed to assume I was an ignorant old man and that the technician was correct. I am greatly disappointed because I wanted a dealership I could trust. A dealership where I would want to buy my next new truck from. A dealership where I can go to get my truck serviced and trust it is being done correctly. They fixed the error but can the fix the broken trust. More
