I bought four tires for my truck and was promised a $200 rebate which i didn’t receive. Since then, I’ve called three times and haven’t received a return call. Twice to Brian and once to Jason. I did mak rebate which i didn’t receive. Since then, I’ve called three times and haven’t received a return call. Twice to Brian and once to Jason. I did make a call to the outside rebate company and only $100 rebate is now available. This was a new revision to the rebate that started on March 1st. I bought the tires with Kerry based on the $200 rebate (which I have received in the past). A return call from Kerry’s service department would be appreciated and expected after the first call much less the third call. More
