Liked working with Darius very much but the first so-called sales manager was insulting. I think it was Andy. Very disrespectful. I had a price I was willing to pay. I’m 68 and I was insulted that he kept telling me how he was offering me a best deal etc. I said if my offer wasn’t sufficient I was leaving with no hard feelings. Due to the condition of the tires and alignment, the dealership opted to keep my car and supplied me with a dealer loaner, 2020 Elantra (very nice but...... Santa Fe). Less than 24 hours latery car was ready and waiting when I got to the dealership, no long drawn out process, cost was very reasonable too. More
