Darius was a fantastic salesperson. He was professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the process. Darius performed well above my expectations, and I have to admit that when I first met and knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the process. I am giving your dealership 5 stars solely because of Darius. Your manager gets one star. He (along with most of your dealership employees) did not wear face masks. Because I was so creeped out by that, I did a great deal of my waiting outside in the cold and or in my vehicle that I brought to the dealership for trade-in. The manager was actually walking around through the dealership with two family members and none of them wore masks. There was a balding male employee in the office beside the one where Darius and I were—he did not wear a mask but the customer sitting right across from him at the desk did. There were multiple other examples. Shocking, as 350,000 Americans are dead and so much of it can be prevented by wearing masks. Please note that Darius wore a mask the entire time he worked with me and when I expressed my concern to him about his fellow colleagues he remained professional and courteous and did everything he could to accommodate me. The manager in this dealership is responsible for doing the right thing and I am hopeful that he will. People’s lives are on the line (sadly, but literally) when we venture out and about to purchase a vehicle. Please understand that I don’t wish to sound dramatic. Rather, I am being pragmatic. It’s imperative that our economy and our businesses get through this pandemic and stay open as much as possible. Wearing your mask and creating a safety culture with your employees isn’t asking too much. In fact, it’s the rule. And it needs to be followed from the top down. More
