They programmed my Throttle body and said van still needs service. I said what's wrong and the advisor said we don't know. We can make another appointment and scan it for $120 to tell you. I wasn't to happy service. I said what's wrong and the advisor said we don't know. We can make another appointment and scan it for $120 to tell you. I wasn't to happy since I am in a wheelchair and had to get someone to drive me. After they worked on the van it sat outside for a half and Hour before they came into tell me about it. I asked them why they didn't ask me after they test drive it it I wanted to have it looked at then? The second Service Advisor we can do it now. I told them I would call if I decided to let them. We drove the Van back to Taylor mill and realized it was low on gas . Filled it up and van runs perfect. Maybe their staff should treat their customers like it was their family. More
