Came out for an oil change before I left for vacation. Earlier that morning my car had been stolen and recovered. No damage other than they broke off the hood latch on the inside of the car. By far my worst experience. I've been a customer for 30+ years, and have purchased three new vechikes from this dealership in that timeframe. This is the only time in which I've been disappointed. I debat years, and have purchased three new vechikes from this dealership in that timeframe. This is the only time in which I've been disappointed. I debated even rating this one bad experience. I was there almost 2 hours for standard maintenance and recall replacement, major work has taken less time. After I paid my bill, went to get in my car and it wasn't washed. Came back in, I was told yes my car had been washed Told rep it was still dirty and there was bird poop on back of my car. Had to wait again, while car was being washed. Tech pulled my car around, no mask, no gloves, no nothing. CDC requires masks in public due to COVID and media has made it well known this virus can live on surfaces for hours after contact. And that you can be sick up to two weeks before displaying any symptoms, if you display symptoms at all. Yet this dealership did not hold employees or other customers to this "mandatory" requirement of at least wearing a mask. When I brought this to the attention of the rep, he told me I have a voice I should use it. So I'm using my voice! I felt like my health and safety were being intentionally compromised, on top of the extended timeframe and poor customer service. I only hope this is not Hyundai's new standard for service. More
