Marty Hoober and Mike Hillner are the 2 salespeople we had the pleasure of working with. I loved how they worked together and I cannot say enough good things about both of them. I dropped my car off to be serviced and the team helping me seemed very attentive and courteous. However, when I got in the loaner vehicle it was apparent that it had not been cleaned after the prior user. me seemed very attentive and courteous. However, when I got in the loaner vehicle it was apparent that it had not been cleaned after the prior user. The Suburban had candy wrappers, assorted food crumbs, beads, and someone's cloth face mask (child size) in the back. This leads me to believe that they didn't even attempt to clean or sanitize. All the service members I saw working were not wearing mask. I highly doubt they wiped down my cars steering wheel after they were done. I had also asked them to cut a new key and have a new fob programmed while I had it in. They called to tell me my vehicle was ready. I called and left a message 3 hours before I came to get it to make sure everything was complete. I never received a return call. Although, this is not the first no return phone call as my husband left a message for the service manager when trying to set up an appointment and never received a call back. We should have known then what kind of operation we were dealing with. When I got there they had NOT made the new key and fob. They said.. "We can squeeze you in" and since I had a babysitter I decided to stay because it needed to be done. I waited 90 minutes for a key and fob to be made/programmed. Best part was labor for the key and fob was $110. Overall it was just a frustrating experience. I just hope that maybe this review will help create positive change, better hygiene/sanitizing practices, and maybe better customer service. More
