Not the best experience. Oil change was scheduled for 1030am and took almost 2 hours to complete and when asked for an update as to why it was taking so long, was advised they were washing the car which 1030am and took almost 2 hours to complete and when asked for an update as to why it was taking so long, was advised they were washing the car which was not requested nor was it discussed- even if it was appreciated, it extended the wait time. In addition when picking up the vehicle my custom license plates were bent into an L shape. The manager had to “fix” it but regardless these plates are $150 a year to renew and now my front plates look like they’ve been smashed by a battering ram. Certainly not my favorite experience here. More
