I brought in my palisade for a repair on my mirror. They said about an hour. They called me two hours later and said that the part they ordered was not able to fix the the problem and they need to order som said about an hour. They called me two hours later and said that the part they ordered was not able to fix the the problem and they need to order something different. No problem. I get a call about 10 min later telling me they broke the mirror part on my car and asked “is that going to be a problem?”. After arguing on the phone with them for several minutes they eventually agreed to fix the part they had broke. They were very rude and did not want to fix their mistake. I will be taking my business to Florence for future work. More
