Bought the car in February, have driven it for just over 2000 miles and the transmission sometimes hang in second gear....took it in, shop said they can’t duplicate the problem, picked the car back up and i 2000 miles and the transmission sometimes hang in second gear....took it in, shop said they can’t duplicate the problem, picked the car back up and it did it three times to us the same day we picked it up, luckily with covid it doesn’t get driven much. Feel lost at this point....guess we are stuck with it until the transmission goes out completely. also got charged $140 to plug the window motor back in to correct the passenger window not rolling up. Purchased the extended warranty and got told there was a deductible also when that was never quoted to us and don’t see it on the website under certified preowned warranty features. Hard to believe in today’s day and age customers are just left to fend for themselves on such large purchases. More
The service rep Jeff did a great job. After the work was completed I was frustrated. I spent approximately 1 hour for the service of changing a right front tire, ac check, and oil change. My wife had a blow out and I called the service department to get a tire but was told they had to order the tire bc I wanted all the tires to match but when they changed the tire they put the wrong tire on, now I have to spend another day at the dealer once the tire that was supposed to be put on comes in. Not very happy about spending two days at the service department when it should of been done the right way. More
Due to past experience I knew the service Dept was very good since I been taking my old Impala for service since 2012 . I knew they could take of my new Impala. They were up front when things went wrong. I was given a loner car til my car could be fixed.
