Had a appointment for Monday 3/23 at 9:45 am. Dropped my suv off at 9:30am. My suv sat there until 11:00am on Tuesday 3/24 before it ever even got looked at. Finally got my suv back on Wednesday 3/25 to wha suv off at 9:30am. My suv sat there until 11:00am on Tuesday 3/24 before it ever even got looked at. Finally got my suv back on Wednesday 3/25 to what I thought was fixed and it was not. Had to take it back on Thursday 3/26 and they gave me a rental. When asked if they could take some money off the price they told us no. Considering I had to miss 2 days of work just for my suv to sit in their parking lot. Will never use Kerry Chevrolet again More
