Jason and Jeff are very nice and helpful. I don't know technicians. On Friday March 27th I took my Sonata in for oil change and service. The next morning my husband looked under the hood of the Sonata to technicians. On Friday March 27th I took my Sonata in for oil change and service. The next morning my husband looked under the hood of the Sonata to see if oil was full. It was. However a bird's nest was also there. I think the technicians need to do a more thorough job of checking everything. My fear is that the nest could have been like kindling and a fire could have ignited under the hood. Sometimes mice chew wires under car hoods which is another reason for technicians to check everything under the hood. The nest and many wires are located under a large cap next to where the oil goes. I think technicians should add this to their check list. I did call Jason and told him about the nest. He said he would bring this up at a meeting. Trust is earned, and I am hopeful that future service will be more complete. I plan to try service again in August or September. More
Everything went very well .My husband and I felt very comfortable and did not feel pushed into buying a car. I absolutely love Kerry Hyundai Service in Alexandria. The customer support team is very kind, courteous, and helpful in scheduling unexpected maintenance needs. My past two experiences with the actual se The customer support team is very kind, courteous, and helpful in scheduling unexpected maintenance needs. My past two experiences with the actual service (issue resolution) were not ideal. I’ve now had two occasions in which I described the problem(s), the Team confirmed that they also experienced the problem(s), and applied their recommended solutions only to have the problems return after leaving. In both instances, I paid additional costs ($$$) to have the alternative resolutions. While I certainly understand that parts and labor were involved in each case & that should be compensated, it’s frustrating to have multiple visits, multiple charges, and a loss in confidence in (my favorite) service. Of course I would much rather the initial resolution be correct if I am paying for both/all of them in any case. Hearing that these services are all eventually needed anyhow is probably true and understandable, but I would like to be the person to determine when to do those if not actually solving the problem associated with my visit(s). Love the humans! Disappointed in the service. More
