Brought my car in for a faulty radio. 12 days later I HAD to call to get an update on my car... not once did anyone try and reach out to me about what was going on. When I did call,Jeff explained to me what to call to get an update on my car... not once did anyone try and reach out to me about what was going on. When I did call,Jeff explained to me what was going on and that my warranty didn’t want to cover again(was in 2 weeks prior for my screen that quit working)... well duh! My car is already out of warranty. I got the answer they don’t make cars like they used to.. your right, this is 2020 not 1990s. Jeff tried to help me out the best he could even when I got mad, he kept his cool and tried to make me understand what was going on. He got his boss Ted involved. Ted reaches out to the warranty company and got the same answer that Jeff got, I eventually got a call back and he said that GM was going to help cover my radio since it’s only 2 years old!2 years old and my screen and radio quit working, 2 years exactly after I bought it. Ridiculous. But, Ted and Jeff did go above and beyond to help me not have to pay for my radio to be fixed (again in my opinion).They ordered the part that day, THEN had to do my oil change and tire rotation.... you already have had my car 14 days by this point and it wasn’t done yet?!? Jeff is always super nice when I call in for an apt for an oil change. Ted was very understanding of my situation and I very much appreciate him and they help he did for me. More

Their experience in customer service was on full display. I felt comfortable and ready to take the leap. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes the keys were in my hand. Would you believe they offered to deliver it to my home since I was keeping my other car. For the record I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Accent Hatchback and I couldn’t be happier.
