No follow up as promised I purchased this vehicle because of the internet. When we got there the salesman was upset that we was wanting to buy it. We was supposed to see Justi I purchased this vehicle because of the internet. When we got there the salesman was upset that we was wanting to buy it. We was supposed to see Justin but we got passed off to Evan. He wasn’t very professional @ all. He wanted to sell the vehicle we was looking @ to one of his customers instead of us. He couldn’t believe the price we was given. They took my phone to another office to verify the pricing that we had received from Kerry Chevrolet. We was promised a full set of Weather Guard rubber floor mats & a new front license plate bracket. So far we still don’t have the floor mats & they gave me a front license plate bracket & I was told that they wasn’t allowed to install it. The vehicle wasn’t detailed very well either. I was shocked @ how dirty the inside of the windows was & there was scratches on the front drivers side interior. I sent pictures of a factory dent & dirt in the factory paint - no one has contacted me to get these things repaired & installed. I paid almost $56.000.00 cash for this vehicle - I think we should be treated better !!! Please have the sales manager or owner contact me to address these issues ASAP More
