Robert helped me on two occasions and was extremely patient while I learned about various models and features while just browsing my options. When I came in a second time before, Tyler helped while Robert had another customer and showed me some different features of Elantras to help me narrow down options. On my third visit, Robert was extremely helpful in helping me find the right car for me. He helped me figure out what features I was looking for in a vehicle and then helped to narrow things down further until I finally found exactly what I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgable about all of the vehicles and updates that have been made and when I picked mine out, helped set up all of the features and explained all of the buttons to me until I felt comfortable in the new car and even set up my first servicing appointment. He made my first time buying a car on my own such a breeze. More

Friendly, semi questionable The customer service was great however upon picking car up from where it was supposed to be cleaned and coated with value gard the was what we think w The customer service was great however upon picking car up from where it was supposed to be cleaned and coated with value gard the was what we think was the paint sealant on the seat in multiple places. The customer service guy was awsome though and went out with a cloth and cleaner himself since the tecs left for the day. So in summary customer service great, shop/tech questionable. More
