We were treated wrongfully and unfairly at multiple dealerships. We then went to Kerry Chevrolet and Hyundai in Alexandria, KY and were blown away by the AMAZING customer service from salesman to managers. Gabe was a very informative, kind, laid back, and helpful salesman. He helped us pick out the right vehicle based on what we wanted. Gabe made it his goal to make us completely satisfied. The pricing was much better than the previous dealerships we had been to. They were upfront and straight about everything. Everything about the process was nice and smooth. Even the managers were friendly and straight up about everything. Overall, a great environment to purchase a vehicle from. This dealership knows how to take care of its customers properly.
