Obsession with Making Customers Happy My wife and I were in and out of 10 dealerships over the past week trying to decide which vehicle we wanted, and finally settled on a Hyundai Tucson. The people we dealt with at Kerry were falling all over themselves to ensure that we had absolutely nothing to complain, or be unhappy, about. Gabe Kremer is an efficient and pleasant young man who is going to be very successful at whatever he does, and he takes his Customer Service role at Kerry seriously. He is encouraging, without being pushy, and persistent, without being annoying. I'm retired now, but if I were starting a new business I might try to steal Gabe away from Kerry! The next time we're in the market for a vehicle, there's no doubt that we'll start the process at Kerry. Going forward, our business will be theirs to lose.
