They do everything they can to sell you the car--then once they have their money--they are too busy for follow-up and customer service. More

First car purchase The first time going in to look into getting my first car the experience was great. I liked how everyone was so friendly and professional. I also liked being able to text Josh to setup appointment and get some of my questions answered. The process for getting the car was not a pain or frustrating it was actually pretty smooth.
