Sales guy was ok but always having to run to manager for direction or to answer questions. Maybe all dealers operate this way. 2014 Durango i paid cash for is great vehicle, but was NOT a CERTIFIED vehicle. direction or to answer questions. Maybe all dealers operate this way. 2014 Durango i paid cash for is great vehicle, but was NOT a CERTIFIED vehicle. Gas door will not pop open unless someone holds button down and someone pulls door open, driver side headlight is out, found French fries under passenger seat. Should all of these issues have been addressed when vehicle was traded in and even before listed for sale?????? More

Dropped off vehicle for AC service. Mentioned my concern that there was a leak and that evac and refill on a 2017 was unlikely to fix. They did exactly that. Ok, fine, a first step, but a dye/pressure tes that there was a leak and that evac and refill on a 2017 was unlikely to fix. They did exactly that. Ok, fine, a first step, but a dye/pressure test wouldve been better. Out $400. Get it back and it AC still doesnt work immediately upon picking it up. Ok, still, it's AC and it can be tricky. Bring it back, they find a leak in the condenser. Wait 3 weeks with only a brief vmail about waiting for something. I call 2x's and am unable to get a clear idea of what is going on. Finally, i go to pick it up, they cant find the keys nor where the vehicle is, nor what the status is. I find the vehicle and use my spare set. I pop the hood and check if its together. Looks fine but the coolant reservoir is open. No big deal. Prolly left open from when they did the oil change. I have had the truck for about 3 weeks now. Ive called twice and left a message with the admin assistant and have yet to have a call back. So, at this point, I have my truck, ac is still broke, i dont have my spare keys, and i still havent received a call back from the service dept. To boot, the truck has a very strong exhaust smell in the vehicle that it didnt have previously. I dont know if they left something apart from when it was being worked on. The fella who helped said he knew nothing about the truck. Lovely. More
