Kerry Chevrolet did major work on my 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer, there were 12 codes in the computer when it went in for repairs. After multiple days, they returned it to me. On the way home, the power Trailblazer, there were 12 codes in the computer when it went in for repairs. After multiple days, they returned it to me. On the way home, the power steering went out. A hydraulic hose they had installed was punctured by the fan blades. I returned it, was given a car to drive and it was repaired. I drove it to a wedding an hour away that night and the steering was still vibrating like a wheel was getting ready to come off. I called them the next day and took it back. The head mechanic, Dave, went for a test drive with me. He decided to check the "roundness" of the tires, as well as being balanced and aligned. He worked his way through that and determined it was either a wheel bearing or the differential. I continued to wait all afternoon for the wheel bearing to be replaced. Once Dave was finished, we went on another test drive. Dave indicated that he recleaned something that was initially cleaned during the first repair because the computer indicated it was having the same problem. He completely took it apart and cleaned it with cleaner as well as unclogging the openings with a straw. He also took the time to educate me on tires and which ones to buy using the rating system for tires. My frustration with the initial issues and length of repair time was ultimately replaced with Dave's reassurance, work, knowledge and patience. I spent $5,500 to have my 2007 Trailblazer repaired and am still in love with it. Thank you to everyone at Kerry Chevrolet for all of your help, particularly Dave! More
