Decent people but final deal is lengthy with too much back and forth. In addition, after going to talk with financial after deal and hands were shook, paperwork was $1 different in their favor. Very poor communication between service department and customers. You have to pull teeth to get a response from them that’s if you can get them to answer the phone or call you back. Called the service man customers. You have to pull teeth to get a response from them that’s if you can get them to answer the phone or call you back. Called the service manager for a week and no response had to call another manager to get him to call me back. Had the vehicle in there three times for engine light being on replaced two different parts and engine light keeps coming on for the same code. Worse service department I have ever dealt with. This dealer has lost my business for good. This makes the third vehicle I’ve bought from them and will be the last one I buy. Treated like dirt when taking car there for service and the service reps won’t talk to you about your vehicle unless they are the ones who set the appointment up. When I’m asked about my experience there with other people I’ll be honest and tell them to go else where to buy a vehicle cause of the service department. More
My 2007 Blazer had 12 issue codes since it had been many years since it had been in a Chevrolet Dealership Service Center. It took 7 working days to repair all of the issues. Once I picked it up, it was imp years since it had been in a Chevrolet Dealership Service Center. It took 7 working days to repair all of the issues. Once I picked it up, it was impossible to steer after a few miles, so I called Richard and he said to bring it back in. The fan blade had actually hit the newly installed power steering hose and Richard and, I believe, the manager of the Service Department quickly admitted it was their fault and gave me a rental car. They called when it was fixed. However, I drove it to a wedding in Georgetown KY, and discovered the front end still vibrated horribly above 65 miles an hour. I called and took it in the next day and requested someone take a ride with me. Dave, the manager of the mechanics, rode with me. He determined he would first check the balance/shape of the tires as well as the alignment they had performed. Dave determined it wasn't the tires and believed it was the driver's side wheel bearing or the differential. I ok'd the repair of the bearing. Five hours later, Dave brought it around and wanted me to test drive it with him. He explained that he had also throughly cleaned, by taking apart, what the mechanic had cleaned from the outside before because the code that showed up signified an issue again. He indicated he used straws and detailed cleaned it and I shouldn't have any more issues with it. I was not charged for his work. I greatly appreciate everyone's concern and assistance. My customer satisfaction was restored due to Dave's attention to detail and his detailed explanation and information he took the time to give me. My 14+ year old Blazer rides like a top and handles like a dream. I appreciate everyone's involvement and handling of it's issues and my concerns. Thank you very much Kerry Chevrolet! More
