I had an appointment to get my car fixed for a recall on the car. While I waited for over an hour they had me test drive some cars. After an hour I go to the service desk and they tell me they couldn’t fix the car. While I waited for over an hour they had me test drive some cars. After an hour I go to the service desk and they tell me they couldn’t fix my car because they didn’t have the part. I got a letter from them saying I should not be driving the car that it could catch on fire. How come they didn’t know they didn’t have the part to fix my car for recall before I got there. I had an appointment. I said to the guy that to reschedule me then and he said no he couldn’t that it’s hard to get parts in for recalls. I took off of work and drove 35 min to their dealership for nothing. I barely got a sorry. When I texted the sales guy my concern I got no response. He did text me the next day saying he had a car for sale. They wouldn’t even give me a rental car. Im without a car now because of this. Im not happy at all!! More
