The worst appointment I ever had. Took an entire month to get an appointment once arriving was told they couldn’t look at anything that wasn’t specifically listed in my description when I scheduled my appoin get an appointment once arriving was told they couldn’t look at anything that wasn’t specifically listed in my description when I scheduled my appointment a month prior. Then was told they would perform a recall fix for me which I didn’t want but they ended up making the entire focus of my visit. I was told they did a multi point inspection but wasn’t given any paper work on how that went which i know was never actually performed because fluids are still low tire pressure is still low and for some reason someone reset my “check engine light” but never fixed the issue so had I not known I previously had issues that were not even looked at I would assume they fixed my engine issue. But they didn’t they simply reset my check engine light just to make it appear like they did anything. So for almost 3 hours my vehicle sat there for a recall that I didn’t specifically ask for although they couldn’t help me with anything that I didn’t specifically ask for so they makes no sense is what I was told upon arrival. and then the issue I did specifically request to be looked at. they concluded me a liar and simply put “customer stated hearing clicking by axle” upon inspection no clicking was heard. Literally meaning absolutely every reason I brought my vehicle there was ignored and they proceeded to do a pointless recall update that didn’t help me what so ever and wasted 3 hours of my life only to be told there was not another open appointment until an entire month later. Which if you remember I already waited a month to begin with so needless to say I’ll never bring my car back. Worse part is I bought my car from this lot and had nothing but great things to say about the sales man who sold me it he awesome. The people in service are absolutely horrible. I do not recommend. More
