Brandi is one of the rudest people on and off the phone. I had the first oil change done on my brand new suburban down in Tennessee in mid August. I found out when I came home they had not tightened the oil filter and I had oil leaking out. Kerry fit me in ASAP a down in Tennessee in mid August. I found out when I came home they had not tightened the oil filter and I had oil leaking out. Kerry fit me in ASAP and checked everything out for me. What is scary, I was heading out with my camper and four dogs. If I would’ve noticed the oil slick under my car, it would’ve been bad news.
