The service department has very serious issues. I called with an issue with my transmission on my new explorer. They said they were scheduling 2 months out. When I told them I require a loaner, the I called with an issue with my transmission on my new explorer. They said they were scheduling 2 months out. When I told them I require a loaner, they said that was 6 months out. After speaking with managers, they got my car in about a week later. It took two weeks to look at my car and another few weeks to repair. Totally unacceptable. More

My car overheated while I was near this dealership. When I called, they said they wouldn't be able to look into it for another week. But since I was already in the neighborhood, I asked again if I coul When I called, they said they wouldn't be able to look into it for another week.
