Door handle had oil/greasy substance all over. When trying to get oil change appointment called three times got put to voicemail. Left a message on the third time. I called back right afterwards spoke with Ford operator, and they then proceeded to schedule my appointment. This is my second vehicle taking there. First time my vehicle was not topped off with fluids like windshield wiper fluid. More

Normal servicing has been great. Took our 55 Thunderbird in for an alignment. Made an appointment for 7:30 am. Asked if wanted to wait and I said I was dropping off. Went to dealership to see a car that was shown on their website. When we saw the car on the lot, it had major scratches in multiple locations all over the car, the front bumper was cracked, and all four w website. When we saw the car on the lot, it had major scratches in multiple locations all over the car, the front bumper was cracked, and all four wheels were extremely scratched beyond repair (looked like the car was riding a curb for a mile on both sides). Yet, they were still asking above KBB fair market value and refused to come down more than $5 on the price. Afterwards, we went back to the website and none of the damage was on the car in the pictures, so either the pictures were of a different vehicle or all the damage occurred at the dealership. Not sure which is worse. More
