The service technician did a fine job. but the communications and staffing is very poor. I was sent to voice mail 4 times over 2 days including to the general manager, with no response. When I damaged the shield under my car, I called Kerry, talked to Ron and he helped me arrange a tow with Ford Pass. My car was in shop longer than I liked (I blame supply chain shortages) but the work do talked to Ron and he helped me arrange a tow with Ford Pass. My car was in shop longer than I liked (I blame supply chain shortages) but the work done was great and I was reassured by Ron with a phone call. And thanks Ron, btw,, for that extra touch.😉 More
