Poorly organized scheduling system and nothing Quick Lane If you book an oil change appointment with the service department, they will direct you to Quick Lane upon arrival. However, Quick Lane does not take If you book an oil change appointment with the service department, they will direct you to Quick Lane upon arrival. However, Quick Lane does not take appointments therefore you are treated as a walk-in even though you scheduled service. It took two and a half hours for "The Works" oil change and service and I was third in line at 7:45 AM. I booked an appointment so that I didn't have to wait so long.... When I asked one of the associates why you can make an oil change appointment even though they don't honor service appointments, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said, "good question." More

Not one time did anyone try and coerce me into doing anything I didnt want to do or wasnt comfortable with and I sincerely appreciated that. The finance guy that ran through the paperwork was a definite detractor from the experience. He was very grumpy, confrontational and judgmental when I said I did not want to purchase the extended warranty. To the point of telling me....twice...that he wished I would have left and not come back because he felt the dealership was losing money on the deal. If I wasnt so in love with my car and happy with Bryan and Christina Kaetzel's hard work and service, I would have left and told everyone to avoid this dealership. Christina Kaetzel and Bryan were definitely rock stars and saved the day! More

Not been taken serious Walk in knowing exactly which car I want since I shop for it on line, fully loaded Mustang Fastback Ecoboost and had a pick-up truck (under lease) to Walk in knowing exactly which car I want since I shop for it on line, fully loaded Mustang Fastback Ecoboost and had a pick-up truck (under lease) to trade in, which I disclose right from the get go to the sale person. Took them at least 1 hour before they even look at the truck and start the appraisal process. Sale manager didn't seem interest to make business with me and wouldn't even offer answers to clear answers as "what is your financing rate". He solely kept showing me a monthly payment when I I was asking for breakdown of such payment. After "painfully" reach an agreement, had to wait another good 30 minute to sit down with the finance guy. He's the best person of all i deal with there. During that time they are supposed to prepare the car. It took them at least an hour to get the car ready but honestly, don't know what else they did other than put fuel in it and remove the windows sticker. All the window were foggy and lots of dirty smudges inside the doors . Looks like a mechanic got on board with dirty hands and didn't care Sales person delivers the car but don't seems to be really knowledgeable about all the features. Overall it took them 4.5 hours to deliver me a vehicle that I was sold into to start with. I love the car , just gonna find another dealer to service it More
