Kerry ford sells used cars with prechecking them before selling to public. I had problems within the 3rd day of purchasing a vehicle. There were 4 problems associated with this vehicle and they offered to selling to public. I had problems within the 3rd day of purchasing a vehicle. When asked if I wanted a warranty I said yes considering the vehicle had back up camera, navigation etc so I thought it would be a good idea however I fully anticipated talking over options and prices with someone before deciding. After waiting hours from the time I arrived, the salesman trying to find the vehicle, taking a test drive,negotiating, going over insurance, employment etc it was finally time to see the financial department, I was tired, hungry and just wanted out of there, after sitting down with a financial person I was signing a million papers with a million words when I realized that they just automatically put a warranty within my loan which I wasn't expecting and didn't want but I went ahead and signed it so I could leave, once I got home and started looking through all this paperwork i realized that now my loan was more than doubled what I originally owed, after a couple of sleepless nights decided that I wanted to cancel these warranties. After trying to contact the financial person for a few days I decided to just go there and talk to him, he was walking in the door when he was told I was there waiting to see him and he made it pretty clear by what he said out loud that he wasn't happy to see me but I can't say on here what he said but I just wanted to be done with this so I didn't say anything to him about it so after signing cancellation papers I asked him about the taxes that were applied to the warranty which is on the loan and he replied that I don't get that back so I left bewildered and after talking to several people they all said there's something wrong about that! I have a couple calls to make about it but when and if I ever buy another vehicle from a dealership I will be a whole heck of a lot smarter and more prepared than I was this time so my experience was less than pleasant. More

Too Many Cooks Spoil The Soup Because so many people were involved I did not get the car I came in to buy. The email sent to me was not accurate as far as the features on the car and I did not realize this until conversing with my insurance company. I am also wondering if your company gets a finders fee from the lender and whether you actually got me the best finance rate. This would be a conflict of interest. I am still pondering my options. Pondered for a few days about the Chevy I saw, and had a call from the salesman that it sold. I located another on and took a test drive, liked it and purchased it within a few days. The salesman was great, no pressure and assisted me with the features I needed. The only thing that could improve is the follow up.. I had to reach out each time to my salesman because I could not get any answers from the people who were there, Left messages, with finance, no call back. Inquired about tags, as this was not told to me when I bought, and again, the salesman responded. He was great with follow up,,, Glad I ran into him,,, If I needed another vehicle, would go back... but would look for the same salesman that helped me the first time. More
