Botched oil change Took my 2019 Edge in for the free oil change and tire rotation Monday August 26th. Used their quick lane service and they had me out of there in just over three hours. Did not drive the car much until Saturday. While on the highway we had a strong oil/gas odor.. I got hone popped the hood and discovered they had not put the oil cap on from the oil change. There was oil all over the entire and under the hood.. There was less than a quart of oil left. I called Kerry Ford. They would not bring me an Oil cap. They said my options were to drive it in to them or I could call a tow truck and have it towed in. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers there. After some back and forth he hung up on me.. My wife and I drove there in her escape. Gave me a loaner car, cap, and oil. Service So I bought my first vehicle in Ohio from Kerry and special ordered it…it did not arrive as what I ordered and I was told that they would re-order the So I bought my first vehicle in Ohio from Kerry and special ordered it…it did not arrive as what I ordered and I was told that they would re-order the vehicle but they could not promise that it would arrive as I ordered it. I said that’s very disappointing and the sales guy said unfortunately we only receive what GMC sends us. I figured this is how it is in the Midwest as I was not used to it. I did not want to wait so I settled for it. I have been taking my GMC there to get maintenanced and it has been a roller coaster, off and on with them getting everything fixed correctly and this last time just broke the camels back. I stopped down and told the service guy what was going and what I needed, he said I’ll call you when your parts are in. A month past and no word so I stopped down and that guy no longer works there so I talked with the new gal in service and she said we will make sure everything is taken care of. I got on there schedule and dropped my truck off to have everything fixed. My office had to contact them on status as no one touched base with me or my staff. So my truck was not finished as they did not have all the parts to finish and would have them next day. I have kids and needed my truck to pick them up as I have car seats for them in there in my truck. I told them I could drop off next day so they could finish. Well next day came and she said parts did not show so my office told them to let us know when they come in contact us so we can schedule. Week pasted and no word from Kerry, my office contacted them to see status and the same gal never orders the parts. To top it off I left for Labor Day weekend and told my 5 yr old asked to pick a movie to watch in the truck as it was one of the things that they fixed, well they never fixed it so it did not work. I was actually thinking of trading my truck in to Kerry for a new one but at this point I would not recommend buying nor having them work on any vehicle. After shopping online, decided to go for the Buick Encore. Contacted multiple dealerships via the web. Received multiple calls on how soon can you get to the dealership? Received a call from Kerry and they brought the car to our home, took us to the dealership to do the paperwork and then drove the car back home. How easy is that? We have taken the car in every 6 months for service and that is also extremely easy. You drive in, meet with the agent, give them your keys, go to the waiting room, in a short time, they come and get you, you finish up the paperwork and drive home. More

2019 escape I had been to this dealership a few months prior with my mom and did not find what I was looking for at that time. We went back a second time and it was a completely different experience. Our salesman Chris was awesome! He was so personable and straight forward, wanted to make sure I got everything I wanted out of my new purchase. He took the time to show me all my car features and helped me set up everything.
