Yesterday I purchased a brand new 2024 Buick Escort Avenir. This is my second purchase with the Kerry Dealership located at 155 Kemper Rd, Cincinnati OH 45246. This is the place to go. Talked to them on Monday for 4 tires. Rep. said they were in stock and he would contact service dept to put hold on them. Clerk said he would go check on them reported they just arrived second xxxxxxxx. I ask how long was told 30 min 3 xxxxxxxx. Went back to pick car up 2 hours later to be told it would be just a minute checking the weights. 4th xxxxxxxx. Paid for tires left granddaughter there since it was just a couple minutes it was 40 min. Always got my tires at Ford never again. Will pay more to get them done timely. Ford used to do all my oil changes not for over a year. Quick lane is no longer dependable. Former unhappy customer. More
