Aggregious Errors in Payment Amount My salesperson, Zachary, was great! He was patient with us during the process of buying our 2017 Buick Encore and was very knowledgeable. My only gripe, and it's a big one, was with the people crunching the numbers for my payment. They had a huge error in their monthly payment calculation. My deal was for 1.9% APR for 60 months with a loan of around $23,700. The payment they came up with was $445/month. Well after checking 3 sources online I knew 100% that my payment should have been around $415/month. I mentioned this and they found an error that brought the payment down like $5 or $10. After being persistent, they made a second change after some back office review they had with each other. They were nice enough about the situation, but I just don't know if they were trying to run a quick one by me or not. My wife said if I wasn't there with her, she would not have noticed. I plead for everyone to double check the payment amount that Kerry calculates. We "saved" $1,800 over the life of the loan by catching their error. More

Did not honor internet advertised price, etc. I went to Kerry Ford on 9/16/17 to purchase a 2017 Ford F-150 advertised online for $25k. I also was trading in a vehicle 2013 model with 40k miles on it. I was planning on possibly using the Ford X-plan to save more money on the truck. Three months earlier, I had purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang from this same dealership, with no problem. PROBLEM with the truck deal: Internet price was $25k. This included additional discounts I did not qualify for so add $2k to the price. I was fine with that until they offered me only $1000 for my 2013 Kia with 40k miles! 3 months ago, they offered me $3900 for the same car but I decided not to trade it on the vehicle. If I was to use the x-plan the starting cost of the truck would have been $36k, but they would possibly give me close to $3900. Either way their math does not add up, and those who can use the x-plan are paying more when it comes to price of a Ford vehicle. Furthermore, there was also a new model Ford Shelby GT 350 Mustang on the showroom floor I have interest in, but the sales person states that they don't make money on the specialty Mustangs, x-plan a-plan etc. cannot be used! I said if they give me a good deal on the F150 I could buy the Shelby 350 also. I would like it to be known they showed no real interest in selling either one, also Rob the sales man and other associates had no common knowledge of the website or pricing thereof, a real lack of interest in all. It would be better business if the sales associates knew what the advertised and internet pricing specials where for that day or week for less confusion and a better buying experience. More

I drove 2 hrs to the dealership I will say.I had to come back the next week to get the car and bring them a check for it. The only downfall was I put down 300 so I was coming back, but the car wasn't ready when I showed up after a week, but they sent me home in a 2015 truck and delivered my car that evening. They went above and beyond to make me happy, I will definitely look there first in the future and refer them, the drive was worth it. More

Extended Warranties They mislead their customers into believing that if you take a extended warranty and never use it that you will get a full warranty refund. I never used the warranty and sold the car, but since I sold it after 4 years I could only get a prorated refund??? Not what I was told. The warranty is $1,200 and he said I may get back $300. What a rip off!!! Don't get an extended warranty. They are ridiculous. Especially since really the warranty wouldn't have even started until the factory warranty was up....that wouldn't be in 6 years after when the car is paid for either. Then the finance guy says, "I'm sorry you were told incorrectly." Wow!!! More

Brian in the Quicklane is awesome. I took my car in for a routine oil change. Brian called me to tell me my front brakes were bad. He gave me a good price and took great care of me.
