Everything was excellent in terms of service. The gentleman I dealt with was professional and accommodating. The diagnosis of my issue was handled expertly. My complaint is that I was charged $45 The gentleman I dealt with was professional and accommodating. The diagnosis of my issue was handled expertly. My complaint is that I was charged $455 for a battery that cost under $200. How can I be charged an entire hour service charge to change my battery??? Plus the incidental fee was very high. More

Took my F150 in for warranty work on brake harness recall Dropped off at 7:30 am. Was met by Gregory Frede he got me lined up in less than 5 min. Received a call around 10 am and was informed my tr recall Dropped off at 7:30 am. Was met by Gregory Frede he got me lined up in less than 5 min. Received a call around 10 am and was informed my truck was ready . Not only did they take care of the original issue that went a step farther and repaired a second issue that needed attention .very satisfied with todays visit . More

Best dealership experience I have had. They listened to all of my concerns and gave me a loaner that was nicer and newer than my own car. My car was returned to me with all issues fixed. Never spent more than 20 minutes at the dealership during the whole process. Overall a very positive experience. More
