My name is Teddy Bowling. I am writing a review on my experience when I took my ford f150 in for service .As I checked on the status of my vehicle I found out that it has just I am writing a review on my experience when I took my ford f150 in for service .As I checked on the status of my vehicle I found out that it has just sit in the lot for 2 days and has not even been looked at I was a little upset to say the least, because with an appointment I thought it would be taken care right away but it wasn't so I went and picked it up without them even looking at my truck,while I was there I got a little upset but was confronted with an employee( Chuck Elliott) but for him I would have taken my business elsewhere. He was very helpful in making me understand that they had a lot of employees absent do to the flu and assured me that when I brought my truck back he would personally see to it I would be taken care of. I think if every employer had employees like Chuck Elliot they would have a more successful business. I am very pleased that I got to speak to Chuck he made my visit to Kerry Ford a very pleasant one and I will continue doing business with Kerry Ford. He made my visit a very nice experience. More

I was told that I would have it back in a day and it took them three days. I think eight hundred and fifty dollars is a lot to run one wire from a few sparks to the backup camera. them three days.
