65,000 mile service Service was performed in timely manner and staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I gave only nine stars because I left my mobile number to be called (I wasn't going home) if there were questions and also said I was pretty sure the timing belt and water pump would need to be replaced, so no call to ask about that was necessary. When I returned to the service center, I was told the employee had tried to call me at my HOME number to tell me the mechanic said my TIMING BELT was starting to dry rot, and they would have to replace it. They would have to order the part. Car was ready late the next day. More
