The home of the $200 oil change. Went in for an oil change and to have them reset the cruise control... a typical issue that occurs when a battery is replaced but the ECU isn't reset Went in for an oil change and to have them reset the cruise control... a typical issue that occurs when a battery is replaced but the ECU isn't reset correctly. This should be done as a courtesy and is a common issue. Still charged $100 for 'diagnostic' to fix the issue (which was exactly what I said it would be). At the end of the day the oil change and ECU reset cost $200.00. Stealership name is earned. Not nickling and diming is a way to keep people coming back. More

80,000 mile service I went for my first dealer service at Kerry VW since purchasing my 2009 CC over a year ago. I did the online service portal and all my information wa I went for my first dealer service at Kerry VW since purchasing my 2009 CC over a year ago. I did the online service portal and all my information was entered. I was greeted pleasantly and they had my appointment. Then they went over other services I might want to add, but these services were to cost more than 300% higher than what I went in for. Also, the online portal did not mention any cost for upgrading the wipers, but I understood these wipers were premium as most things on my CC are. So I agreed to pay the extra amount for the wipers. I was told the service would take a couple hours, this was very reasonable. I was called by staff almost exactly two hours later, that my CC was finished, and that they got the amount adjusted to include the wipers along with my 80,000 mile service. I arrived and was told that the VW website had issues but they honored what it had told me, even after I had been ok with paying for the wipers. That was a very nice gesture and was very happy that they did this. The 80,000 mile checks were done comprehensively and my CC is riding much better already. The tire switch has a bit of a rough ride but this will smooth out in a few hundred miles. Overall I was impressed with their operation and staff. 60,000 mile service visit. During the servicing it was found that I needed 2 new tires, brake and rotor replacement, vacuum pump and windshield wipers. The service clerk, Koty, was very polite and helpful, carefully explaining why the additional services were needed and then prioritizing them in the event that might budget could not afford having them all done at once. I had a digital coupon for 15% off and he pointed out the amount of discount that I was entitled to receive. He then patiently conveyed the same information to my husband. I appreciated having a very nice Passat given to me as a loaner while the servicing was being done. In the end we approved all the recommended repairs. I have always had a very pleasant experience with all of the staff, sales and service at Kerry Volkswagen, beginning with the young man who sold us our Tiguan. More
