Unsatisfactory Unfortunately, every time I bring my car in for service it has to go back for something they didn't check. Time before last I had to return because th Unfortunately, every time I bring my car in for service it has to go back for something they didn't check. Time before last I had to return because they unhooked my cruise control. This time my mph,temperature etc kept flashing. After this service I asked them to hook up my new iPhone to Bluetooth and they said its not there. Where did it go? I had it the week before. We have told them on several occasions the brakes are squeaking, they still are squeaking. I will find another service center. More

Was to have my recall service done and decided to have some break work done at the same time only to get a call back stating that the recall service c Was to have my recall service done and decided to have some break work done at the same time only to get a call back stating that the recall service could not be done for a number of excuses as to why . Went ahead and had the break work done and while sitting n the waiting room having a conservation with another person who was also told that his recall service could not be done but that he insisted when he got his call and they in turn was able to get his completed. That upset me for I have to drive 50 miles and now have to make a second trip' One other thing that really disappointed me was the fact that the center tried that cheep shot that you expect from private owned mechanic shops telling me that I needed so much other service done at quite an expense. thought that a reputable dealership would not stoop to such antics ! Warranty on 2016 VW I took my 2016 VW in to have the panoramic roof looked at and was told it wouldn't be covered under warranty because it "looked like" I used something I took my 2016 VW in to have the panoramic roof looked at and was told it wouldn't be covered under warranty because it "looked like" I used something to pry open the roof! Seriously I thought they were messing with me ... I let the service writer know that I went to go open the roof as I've always done and it made a loud popping noise and wouldn't work there after so then he advised me that they would not be fixing because of something that I did.....He insisted that they would not fix it and if I wanted to that I could contact VW and see if they wanted to help.
