Great Service I arrived at 8:30 and drove into the garage by the service desk. The service person was welcoming and took my information right away. The service area was very nice with a fresh box of donuts on the table. My car was finished in 40 minutes and I was out the door with a Merry Christmas. Best experience ever!! Love the VW guys! More

Very Disappointing I have been using this dealer for 4 1/2 years. Until this last visit they have been pleasant, efficient, and very courteous. This time, a simple 48 ho I have been using this dealer for 4 1/2 years. Until this last visit they have been pleasant, efficient, and very courteous. This time, a simple 48 hour parts fix turned into a 6 day ordeal which was truly lacking in communication. I had to drive down to the dealership because they did NOT call me back the first time......and the second time.....I was called after I had waited for a reply over 24 hours, was unable to reach them by phone, and resorted to sending an email to the dealership. The part being fixed was a front headlight mechanism.....and I was told I could drive it. Really? At Night? It was only after that I was told they did have courtesy cars. Sorry.....this is no way to keep your customers....especially one who has paid off their vehicle and been a loyal customer in every way. More

Great Service for a small service center I came to this dealer on scheduled visit due to a check engine light issue and routine maintenance. As soon as i walked in the service center the serv I came to this dealer on scheduled visit due to a check engine light issue and routine maintenance. As soon as i walked in the service center the service advisors greeted me and started helping me right away. Within minutes they had my vehicle visually inspected and ready for the technicians. After about an hour wait, due to high volume of customers, they came to me with the issue of the check engine light and explained the reason for the issue and showed me the cost after parts and labor before deciding on fixing the issue. They even went out of their way to contact my extended warranty company to see if it would be replaced for reduced cost. They did a great job on how quick they got the car back to me the only issue i had was that the technicans all take lunch at the same time and i had to wait an extra hour of repair. The staff here is great and dealt with my no sleep attitude very well and recommend them More
