Terrible customer service Came in for a test drive on a Saturday at end of test drives dealer was getting ready to close so salesman said he would get #and call the next day. So i called him on his cell he said he forgot and would get back to me next day. No call next day so called dealer and they said he was not in so I ask if the manager had any # if said he had nothing in the computer. I told him to forget it and I went to Superior Hyundai and bought a car that day. More

Blue review There where some issues with paper work but dealer sent our sales guy Kevin out to our house for us to sign the paper work. Had set up with internet m There where some issues with paper work but dealer sent our sales guy Kevin out to our house for us to sign the paper work. Had set up with internet manager a meeting time and vehicle wanted but still took awhile once we arrived at delestship and they switched to a different sales manager than I had talked to on the phone. However, Kevin was great and a joy to work with. Overall good exsperiance just seamed a bit disorganized at first. especially considering we had set everything up ahead of time. because of this my wife and I didn't feel prioritized and would of left if it had not been for the 50min drive we took to dealership on the promis of a fast smooth transition. In the end we got the Vehicle we wanted and worked with Kevin a great easy going guy to work with but formentioned details makes us not likely to return. More
