Jason went out of his way to verify our issue quickly, allowing the replacement part to be ordered ASAP. As soon as we walked into the dealership, Ryan greeted us with a smile and immediately asked if there was anything he could help us with. We mentioned we were interested in the Tucson and we all jumped into with a smile and immediately asked if there was anything he could help us with. We mentioned we were interested in the Tucson and we all jumped into one in the lot and showed us the interior and controls. When we told him we'd wanted to test drive one he was quick to get keys and to fill the car for the test drive. We loved the car and told him we needed to talk about it and would come back if we were interested. He gave us the time he would be available and didn't pressure us at all. We came back the next day and purchased a Tucson because of Ryan's great service. More

I've have good experience in the past until my last service. The girl that attended to me had a terrible customer service. She told me it was gonna take 1 hour and 30 minutes for my oil change and I wa service. The girl that attended to me had a terrible customer service. She told me it was gonna take 1 hour and 30 minutes for my oil change and I waited for almost 3 hours in the Lobby and few people came after me and left me there. When the service was done she had an attitude and was very slow with the payment process. I ended up spending 3hours for something that was gonna take 1hour and 30 minutes. I felt treated like someone who was getting free service. More
